The whole logistics processes in our company are supported by modern applications and IT tools. LINK has also been awarded in the previous edition of an independent research on customer satisfaction – the Logistic Operator of the Year being the leader in the „Just In Time” transport which requires perfect synchronization with the entire supply chain.

The quality policy is our most important rule apart from activities aimed at improving operation processes. When implementing new technologies or solutions and offering new services to our Customers, we are always driven by the highest level of satisfaction of our Contractors.

The final element of the optimization is a full monitoring of the services we provide in our operational center as well as constant communication with our Customers.
