We believe that people are the biggest capital of a company and it is the decisive factor in terms of its strength and results

At LINK, we pay large attention to HR processes. Properly selected and trained employees with a wide range of competences guarantee high quality of service to our clients. People at LINK are a priority – they coordinate and care for all processes at every stage of the service and organizational culture of LINK.

Apart from implementing the on boarding programme, our employees also participate in various types of practical and theoretical training courses. We have our own internal department for training office employees and trainers for drivers. Thanks to comprehensive training programmes available at LINK, we seamlessly combine the competences of many teams, working both in the operational and management centre, in transport bases and in the field, which directly translates into a high level of services provided by us.

In addition, we are constantly expanding our team with experts as well as young talents through career opportunities in the industry of transport, shipping and logistics for the best graduates, both through training and internship programmes, cooperation with universities, and participation in job fairs. We are constantly involved in events for students and graduates as well as additional initiatives related to the labour market – that is why, among others, in March we took part and we were an exhibitor at the JOBICON Job Fair, organised by the largest recruitment portal in Poland. The second edition of Jobicon was a Job Festival for job candidates and employers seeking the best employees. As LINK, we want to open up professional and recruitment opportunities to the most ambitious candidates who are serious about career development in the industry of transport, shipping and logistics.

In addition, we are pleased to announce that this month we became the Silver Partner of the Top Young 100 Program. The Top Young 100 Project organized by PSLM (Polish Association of Logistics and Procurement Managers) is an initiative addressed to the best logistics students in Poland. It is created by three environments: business, academic (several top Polish universities) and students. It aims at building the image of Poland as a strong centre of logistics competences on a European scale through support and promotion of young logistics talents on the job market. As part of the project, we will work with a group of students to solve the practical business challenge that will give them the opportunity to develop their knowledge and practical skills. The development and support of the best students, young people, their talents and professional competences is in line with our conviction and previous experience. At LINK, we know that the development of our organisation, innovation, raising the level of customer service and quality of services as well as the satisfaction of our clients will be ensured by happy, competent and well-trained employees.

What is particularly important to us is the real impact of our HR strategy on the development of employees’ competences in the area’ of transport, shipping and logistics knowledge as well as general professional competences at LINK – one of the largest transport companies in the region.”
