LINK – It was a good year!
Last year was a period of numerous positive changes in LINK on the level of business activity as well as regarding the structure of the company.
In 2017, we have been continuing our development on the basis of the LINK quality policy. Our fleet has been expanded with state-of-the-art Volvo and Iveco tractor units. In total, we have enriched our fleet with several hundred new vehicles (Volvo FH 13 Globetrotter Iveco as well as Stralis equipped with HI-SCR technology) in order to handle international and domestic orders more effectively.
In the middle of the year, the LINK company has changed its ownership. The new owner has become a Hungarian company, Waberer’s International Nyrt., the largest carrier in the FTL segment on the European market. This change will enable us to implement new solutions which are going to have a positive impact on working with LINK Customers in order to achieve the highest quality of service on every level of realization.
During the year of 2017, we have also introduced numerous improvements in the transport process, Customer service process, as well as in the order coordination method. We have modified the operational sections and introduced changes to the organizational structure in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the service. This allowed us to further improve our Customer service standards in scope of fault-free and timely delivery.
These changes were also associated with a significant increase in the number of office employees and drivers.
The end of the year has also been an opportunity to reward our most experienced employees with the jubilee awards for the 10th anniversary, as well as the 15th anniversary of LINK employment.
In connection with the upcoming holiday season as well with the end of the year, we would like to sincerely thank all of our Contractors and Associates for another year of successful cooperation.
In addition, we would like to wish all the best to our Customers, Business Partners and Employees, as well as a lot of success in the upcoming year!
