Our mission is to provide customers with high quality transportation services provided with due consideration for the timeliness and safety of the cargo entrusted to us, and to perform our operations in accordance with legal and other requirements.
The aim of the company is to provide long-term satisfaction of the company’s Customers with regard to our cooperation, in particular timeliness and safety of deliveries. We undertake to provide transportation services in an environmentally friendly manner, to ensure safe and hygienic working conditions, to prevent injuries and health hazards, to prevent accidents and to minimise the number of occupational accidents or occupational diseases and to continuously improve occupational safety. - Continuous extension of our fleet with brand new vehicles only and systematic and comprehensive monitoring of the technical condition of vehicles.
- Meeting the compliance, legal and other business-related requirements.
- Accounting for the internal as well as the external determinants of our business.
- Engaging qualified personnel, whose competences are continuously developed through the implementation of external and internal trainings as well as active coaching programmes to support employee development.
- Raising employees’ environmental awareness and engaging them in HSE promoting activities.
- Constant monitoring of the service performance process at all stages, controlling the processes that influence quality, environment and H&S, which allows us to detect and remedy at an early stage any non-conformities related to the quality of our services, their environmental and H&S impact.
- Identification of risks and opportunities in order to achieve the intended results, prevent or mitigate undesirable effects and achieve continuous improvement.
- Clear definition of responsibilities and competencies of the persons performing activities related to the Integrated Management System.
- Consultation with and participation of employees.
