Regarding our dynamic development, it is our pleasure to inform our Partners about the opening of new office of LINK company in Praga Koneser Center in Warsaw.

Praga Koneser Center is a unique project that emerged in the block of Ząbkowska, Markowska, Białostocka and Nieporęcka Streets within the territory of a 19th century, historical Warsaw Vodka Factory complex. Koneser Center is a project that revitalized and functionalized former vodka factory complex in Praga district of Warsaw. For many years this place had been the world leader in the production of high-proof spirits. The complex includes a State Mint where the first Polish Złoty was coined. Koneser is one the most distinguishable place on the map of Praga district in Warsaw.

The new Praga Koneser Center is a unique mixture of historical buildings and modernity. This creates a friendly office, commercial and social space.

The LINK office space is located in building P – the so called „Laboratorium” ( Laboratory), which is entirely made in accordance with rigorous environmental standards, certified with BREEAM New Construction 2013 certificate. Additionally, the facility received BREAAM Interim 2013 New Construction certificate in Offices and Retail categories with the grade „Excellent”. LINK office is located on the building’s first floor and offers their employees two huge co-working spaces and two conference rooms. The whole usable area is finished to a high standard and air-conditioned.

The new office space provides comfortable working conditions for our team and allows the Company to develop by increasing our workforce. This the next development step after moving LINK’s place of business to a new building in Wiązowna near Warsaw, in December 2016.
